The buffet breakfast was really very good, with many local specialities. There was an older female member of the breakfast staff who spoke good English & encouraged us to try many different dishes. Sadly, I didn't get her name, but she was so enthusiastic about her job. On the ground floor is a Lawsons & also a bakery, which sold delicious pastries - both savoury & sweet. Our room was spacious, by Japanese standards & very clean. We used the coin-operated laundry here. The English instructions were very helpful. Easy walking distance to numerous restaurants & shops. We even walked to/from the JR station once we'd orientated ourselves.

Firstly, I want to start this review with some context. I’m not normally a big reviewer, however, I recently spent 30 nights in Japan, and the reviews on hotels were helpful for me when I was planning my trip, so if my experience helps the next person then great! Together my partner and I visited 32 different parts of Japan, staying in 19 hotels, giving me (I think) a good basis for my review. We only stayed in Aomori for one night after taking the car ferry from Hakodate. We arrived in the evening and headed straight out to dinner, so we didn't spend much time in the hotel. That being said, this hotel was comfortable and clean. We ended up wandering around to find somewhere to eat and there were lots of restaurants and bars in the area to choose from. This hotel was great for what we needed and we would stay again if we revisited the city.

I liked that there were complimentary drink vending machines on every floor (apple tea, barley tea, green tea and hot/cold water). Laundry baskets were provided in the coin laundry room which was very handy. Beds were comfy and the room size was great with a wide entrance that allowed us to comfortably fit 2 large luggages.

The room was spacious and quiet. And, I liked the wall detailing of the kogin-zashi designs. The room was well furnished and warm. The drinks dispensers on each floor that served hot apple tea, hōji-cha and barley tea were a lovely touch too. The apple tea really hit the spot after a day in the snow. Staff were very friendly and there was a wide variety of board games that were available to borrow from reception. There's a bakery and a Lawson on the ground floor of the building which is very convenient too

Convenient location, smart TV, all amenities provided including face mask and bath powder. Comfy bed and even provided iron. I would see this hotel be a great option for someone who is also on a business trip. Parking support provided for parking tower. Air purifier in the room was appreciated. Ice machine on top floor. I would be back.

The location was really good to walk to the various attractions and restaurants. The room was quite spacious and the bed super comfortable. The free amenities were excellent with face masks, cleansers and also a good choice of tea and coffee. Having a convenience store and bakery on the ground floor was a bonus.

Plenty of room and clean. Free cold/hot tea/peach tea vending machine near the elevators at each level - this was really good and not met at any other hotel we stayed in. Good view of the city, tower and mountain backdrop. Staff was helpful and nice, patiently instructing us on how to choose different cleaning options.

The hotel has cozy rooms and classy design with a good price, and the location is very good — within walking distance to the Aomori station and some really good cafes :D The staffs are also really nice!! They discussed with me about my journey and experiences, which makes me feel very warm! Thank you! I’ll still considering staying here next time if I have chance to go to Aomori again.

I like the location of the hotel, and enjoyed the sea and moutain view out of the room window. The room decaration is quite new, display is reasonable, I used the table for laptop work, comfortale and cozy. At the coridor drinking machine is available, we can choose different flavor and water. I think I made right choice for the short stay at this quite and beautiful sea side city.
